Yes, if the user has chosen to make his requirements public you can connect from the Needs tab. Only those needs that are relevant to you will be shown to you. If you are in USA, the trips in India will not appear on your board.

Operators having a valid Air Operator Certificate can Join as Seller. 


Brokers

Brokers need to meet certain criteria.

  1. Work Email
  2. Valid Proof of Business. 
  3. Sample of Agreement that you generally sign with customers which must include policy on cancellation and refunds.
  4. A Website with explicit declaration that you are a Charter Broker and do not Operate aircraft. Your email should match the domain.

General conditions  for Founding Sellers are below.

Operators - Air Operator Certificate

Brokers -  Established Wyvern / Argus certified or member of the Air Charter Association as a Broker.

If your company exists in the system and you are an operator with a fleet, you might still appear in search results sometimes but the request will come to you via the email address we have. And you surely know how inefficient email method is for initial enquiries. Lost emails is not new.

By joining you get the chat notifications, instant connection, easy quoting and file sharing. You get ranked on top simply because the chances of a quick response are higher from you.

We have you covered. If you deal only through brokers just let us know and you will appear in searches by Brokers in Single Point app. You will not appear in Easy Charter search. You still have the chat, file sharing and Quoting available to you for requests that you get through Brokers.

Customers like to book with someone who responds quickly. In our preview experiments 95% of users made at least 3 requests and one out of these was to a broker. This is a business of trust and not really if the customer has to pay a commission. 

Excellent Question. Brokers appears in the search results along with other options based on relevance that includes many parameters including location. Users can initiate connection with the brokers in the same manner they do with Operators.

Easy Charter is a search engine that finds the relevant matches for the buyer requirements based on various parameters, location being one of them. It does not determine who the user wants to connect with & Easy charter does not distribute leads. Leads can see your details before they connect. Users can connect with multiple Sellers for the same trip. Statistically, the first responders usually have a big advantage

Easy Charter is a connection platform. It doesn't interfere in your dealings with your clients. We only provide the tools for quoting and Operators can make themselves rank higher by allowing dynamic price estimation by Premium Users. The price estimate includes positioning, wind impacted flight time, airport delays and your custom charges settings. It is enabled by default and enhances your trust score and where you appear in the search results. You can disable it  from tail settings.

​​Pricing Model

Easy Charter is built for the community on Subscription based model. 

Operators

Starts at $99 per Organisation per month  (Billed Quarterly) with 2 Users. Additional users @ $29 / user.  For each user in your org you can add 2 aircraft.  

Brokers

Standard Plan for Brokers start at $199 per month (Billed Quarterly) which includes 3 users and complete workflow management along with Easy Charter seller listing.

Easy Charter is meant for flyers and their assistants and is not optimised for details that Brokers need.  For sourcing brokers should use Single Point. Easy Charter listing comes bundled with Single Point plans.

Easy Charter does not handle payments between you and your lead/client but facilitates it. You can integrate your Stripe account to generate links for Card Authorisations and include these links in quotes for payments. Payments are not routed via Easy Charter and you need to use your own Stripe Account.

Easy Charter is the user interface for buyers. Sellers listing is through Single Point . Just Sign up and follow the instructions.
